Lucy Evans (b.2001) is a Welsh mixed-media artist. Drawing on her working-class and neurodivergent identity, Lucy investigates the emotional and political weight of rituals, gendered performance, and shame, adopting a tactile approach to image making in order to reframe everyday materials and moments into acts of care, confrontation, and connection. Lucy has recently been shortlisted for the Creative Use of Photography Prize by the University of Salford in partnership with Open Eye Gallery.

Through her freelance work, Lucy is interested in building connections through creativity, with extensive experience in workshops, photography, content creation, and creative direction within the art and fashion industries. Clients include: EE, Hansh, S4C, BRICKS Learner Platform and Jacksons Art Supplies.
